Amentum is seeking a Material Coordinator Prepositioned Fleet RTU Coordinator to be located in Fort Polk, LA.
The qualified candidate will be able to perform property administration to include establishing and validating temporary loan equipment hand receipts, and issuing and returning equipment in GCSS-Army.
Build, maintain, analyze fleet database in Microsoft Access for rotational units.
Receive and maintain unit signature cards in relation to loaning equipment for training exercise purposes.
Maintain communication for financial status updates to service members participating in training rotations.
Maintains Stockage for shop operations to include shop and bench stocks.
Create, analyze and maintain rotational packets to issue equipment and secondary items.
Analyze, prepare and distribute packets for the return of loaned equipment.
Monitor and notate service schedule dates for equipment to be issued.
Monitor service statuses for discrepancies and patterns.
Daily Correspondence with Supervisors and Department Leads.
Inspecting Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) forms for completion and accuracies.
Creates and processes job packets from start to finish, checks correctness of packets prior to finalizing.
Must have Expert experience with programs including but not limited to GCSS-ARMY, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, LIW, FMSweb and FEDLOG.
Work closely with government officials, Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) and Consolidated Installation Property Book Office (CIPBO) to coordinate all rotational transactions.
Experience needed with maintaining employee timecards and daily timesheets.
Knowledgeable of Army Records Information Management System (ARMIS) and AR 25-400-2 in order to properly store sensitive items.
Creates local purchases using current requirements and methods.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years of material/supply functions, either in the military services or in commercial applications.
Knowledgeable of governing supply systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or other established guidelines.
Must have or be able to obtain licenses/certifications as needed to perform duties.
Must have a valid and current state driver’s license.
Must be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
Analytic ability to define problems, collect necessary data, and establish facts and to take recommended action based upon applicable established guidelines.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, complex environment.
Must be able to read and understand Technical Manuals, Technical Bulletins, Army Regulations and Department of the Army Pamphlets.
Must have the ability to perform rot cause analysis and recognize changes in supply data.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Must possess problem solving skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Experience working with U.S. Army combat and tactical equipment.
Able to create RTU issue and turn in reports capturing all individual and bulk shortages, ECODs, COMMO shortages and summary of all charges.
Communicate and instruct RTU hand receipt holders on temporary equipment loan procedures.
Can build and provide individualized unit hand receipts in Microsoft Access to include components such as Basic issue items (BII), Communications (COMMO), and Weapon Mounts, both individual and bulk.
GCSS Army knowledge and experience required.
Must have understanding of military and civilian rank structure.
Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must have an ability to meet physical demands and pass any related medical examination. requirements required to perform daily assigned tasks
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Common Access Card (CAC)
Position may require travel.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to complete paperwork associated with the position as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with U.S. Army combat and tactical equipment preferred.
GCSS Army knowledge and experience a plus.
