JOB TITLE: Crewmember WORK GROUP: Operations
REPORTS TO: General Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
The Crewmember is responsible for serving our Customers and working with a sense of urgency, while being friendly to their fellow Crewmembers. The Crewmember is responsible for the cleanliness of the Restaurant and conveying the Company?s culture to our Customers. The Crewmember must be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Dat Dog while being responsible for upholding operational standards.
The Crewmember will help to cultivate the Dat Dog culture throughout the Restaurant, with the knowledge that the brand is what ultimately improves the lives of those individuals that we serve, be it our Customers or those Communities in which we live, work and play.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to Company standards.
Greets all customers with sincerity providing friendly service to everyone who visit Dat Dog.
Works the register system to receive orders from the Customer, entering them accurately.
Works hard to keep the inside and outside of the Restaurant clean by using ?clean as you go? practices, following cleaning checklists and always keeping Restaurant sanitary and organized.
Follows the established processes and procedures to ensure the safety of themselves, fellow Crewmember and our Customer.
Reports to work at the scheduled time, in uniform, and adheres to the attendance policy.
Identifies areas for improvement and inspires other to take the initiative to improve their performance.
Basic reading and math skills
Strong verbal communication skills
